MTL is Acknowledged as the Productivity Leader of Russia's Radio-Electronics Industry

Already the leading manufacturer of medical X-ray solutions in the Russian Federation, MTL now also takes the distinction as the leading company in the Radio-Electronics industry, winning first prize at Russia's 2020 Business Productivity Leaders competition. The company was distinguished as best in three categories: Productivity Leaders, Best Annual Productivity Growth and Best Productivity Growth Over Three Years.

The national award was sponsored and organized by the Production Management online business publication. To decide the winner, the panel of jurors thoroughly reviewed data provided by participants, including their quarterly and annual statements.

This is not the first time MTL's productivity achievements are acknowledged on the national level: in 2019 the company made its first appearance at the competition and won the award with the productivity rating of RUB17.22 mln per worker per year. In 2020, MTL has increased the amount up to RUB29.27 mln per worker per year, exhibiting a 70% productivity growth in the key business line.

With this result, the company has once again demonstrated that steady growth of operational efficiency and business productivity remains an essential part of MTL's business strategy.
